Overview
A Section 8 Company is the corporate form of an NGO, registered for charitable, educational, religious, environmental or social welfare objects. Profits must be applied to the objects and cannot be distributed as dividend. We obtain the Section 8 licence in Form INC-12, complete SPICe+ incorporation and set up 12A/80G registrations on request.
