Overview
Any person dealing in drugs and medicines — retail chemist, wholesaler, manufacturer or online pharmacy — must hold a licence under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. We prepare the Form 19/19B application, coordinate the premises and pharmacist requirements and follow the file up to grant of Form 20/21 or Form 20B/21B.
